Rafa is a Colombian forward for Bundesliga club Werder Bremen, on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt, and represents the Colombia national team. He will join Série A club Internacional in the summer of 2024. Rafa was an integral part of the Frankfurt team that won the Europa League title in 2022.
